Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.
• Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Support campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives whenever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
