Technical Recruiter

Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Bangalore (Kadubeesanahalli & Domlur)
Work Mode: On-site (5 Days a Week)
Interview Process: Virtual Interview + Technical Assessment + In-Person Interview
Office Locations: Domlur & Kadubeesanahalli (Candidates should be comfortable working from both locations)

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Contract-to-Hire (CTH) recruitment experience.
• Must have IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Must have worked on Tier-1 client requirements such as Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Deloitte, etc. (Mandatory).
• Candidates should be from the Staffing or IT Services industry only.
• Product-based company experience is not preferred; please do not share such profiles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of tools and technologies such as MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
