Desmond & Associates is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in the Paya Lebar East Region, this role is crucial to our continued growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to support the strategic objectives of our organisation. You will play a vital role in building diverse, high-performing teams that drive innovation and excellence across all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities

1. Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
2. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions within the organisation
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates
5. Create and post compelling job advertisements that attract high-quality applicants
6. Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an internal recruitment function or fast-paced recruitment environment
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
6. Diploma or degree qualification
