Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to support the company's hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment sourcing techniques.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
