Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
