Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role
Only World Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team. This is a full-time position based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of Only World Group. This position is fundamental to building and maintaining a high-performing workforce that aligns with our organisational values and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms to identify qualified individuals for open positions
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies that clearly communicate role requirements and company culture
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job vacancies through to offer stages and onboarding coordination
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct preliminary assessments of candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR-related role, ideally within an internal recruitment function

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines without compromising quality

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)

• Familiarity with local Malaysian employment regulations and market conditions is highly desirable

• Experience in using social media and digital platforms for candidate sourcing is preferred
