Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Handle client communication and understand hiring priorities.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and job posts.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients.
• Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment data.
• Stay updated with changing client requirements and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and client handling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
