As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can take ownership of our recruitment function, drive hiring outcomes, and lead a team of junior recruiters.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, candidate closure, and recruitment operations. The candidate will also be responsible for allocating hiring requirements, monitoring team performance, achieving hiring targets, and leveraging ATS and AI-powered recruitment tools to improve the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Understand business and hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Allocate hiring requirements among team members and monitor their daily progress.
• Conduct regular recruitment pipeline reviews and performance discussions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle candidate communication, interview coordination, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation, and productivity enhancement.
• Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 24 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating a recruitment team.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or non-IT hiring will be an advantage.
• Experience managing recruitment targets and team KPIs.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
