- We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in hiring for both White Collar & Blue Collar positions.
- Key Requirements:
- • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- • Proven experience in White Collar & Blue Collar hiring
- • Strong sourcing experience through multiple channels – Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, etc.
- • Good candidate screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation skills
- • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
