Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 4+ yrs. (Recruitment or Experience in HR with decent exposure in Recruitment)

Role & Responsibilities

• Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently

• Plan & execute the client deliverables.

• Deliver on your recruitment targets and meet overall quality parameters.

• Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
