About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for Doctors and Patient Counsellors across our clinics in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring across multiple locations and roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and campus hiring.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to close hiring requirements.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, conversion ratios, and source performance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
