Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, Job Portals)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Desired skill set:

• Proven work experience as a TA for US, Australia and UK Accounting & tax hiring.
• mainly Hands-on experience with US taxation forms of individual and business taxation along with prepare and reviewer hirings.
• best Knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Specialization into Human Resources Management or relevant field
