Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in Non-IT
recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, internal hiring,
stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across multiple business functions. The candidate
should be capable of managing high-volume hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.
Handle internal hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other
recruitment channels.
¢ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
¢ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
¢ Ensure timely oer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
¢ Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
¢ Stay updated with market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld.
¢ 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
¢ Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and internal hiring.
¢ Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
¢ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
¢ Procient in MS Oce (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
¢ Experience in Bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
¢ Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
¢ Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
¢ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
