Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate/business support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HC Business Partners on hiring strategy and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Drive candidate experience, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Ensure ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity and recruitment process compliance.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of non-tech recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and results orientation.

Work Structure:

• Contractual role (1 year, third-party payroll).
• Hybrid model: 4 days in office (Gurugram).
