Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening/interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions and offer processes as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
• Track recruitment metrics such as source of hire, time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
