Talent Acquisition Executive

• Has to manage end to end recruitment , coordination with clients, develop new clientle, manage the tem of recruiter , coorodiation with business associates.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate effectively with clients to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new clientele/business opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, monitor performance, allocate requirements, and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with business associates and recruitment partners for sourcing and candidate delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple job functions and levels.
• Track recruitment progress, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and offer closures.
• Ensure achievement of recruitment targets and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
