Talent Acquisition Executive

Commandtech is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in IT and AEC recruitment. The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring and work closely with stakeholders to deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, Architecture, and AEC roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT/AEC or Technical Recruitment.
• Experience hiring IT, BIM, Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Engineering professionals.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Experience in IT services, AEC, Engineering, Staffing, or Consulting is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
