Omega Healthcare Management Services is looking for passionate Non-IT Recruiters with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Eligibility Criteria:
1 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) hiring experience will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills
