Looking Talent Acquisition Executive

Location - Kakkanad, Kochi

Experience - 1+ year experience in Recruitment.

Preferable in Banking/NBFC industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other similar platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Ready to travel across Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
