Talent Acquisition Executive

Location- Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA or Equivalent

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
• Build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work with complete dedication and ownership to close requirements within timelines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
