Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent for multiple departments and roles.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers / Department Heads .
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels .
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience .
• Handle salary discussions, negotiations, and offer roll-out.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date .
• Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rate .
• Support employer branding and innovative hiring initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination during the onboarding process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes .
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or product-based companies will be an added advantage.
