- Source candidates proactively rather than relying solely on job advertisements.
- Screen applications and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate status and recruitment records.
- Follow up candidates promptly throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference/background checks where required.
- Prepare offers and coordinate with HR Administration for employment documentation.
- Maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, schools and other talent sources.
- Track recruitment costs and channel effectiveness.
- Support employer-branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Analyse recruitment data including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and candidate conversion.
- Improve recruitment processes through automation and digital tools.
- Support recruitment for Singapore and overseas teams where required.
