Talent Acquisition Executive

Pay: Up to 120,000 (PKR) per month

Note: Its and onsite position and Our Office is located at Bahria Town, Phase 4, Civic Mall, 5th Floor, Civic Center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Primarily responsible for hiring candidates for Customer Support roles, along with other technical and non-technical positions
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers/clients
• Roll out offer letters and follow up until joining
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment status in trackers/ATS
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Build and nurture a database of potential candidates for future requirements

Skills & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience hiring for Customer Support positions as well as other technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed And Company Portal etc.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
