Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities and building a strong talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and headhunting.
• Handle junior, mid-level, senior, critical, and niche positions across various departments.
• Identify and approach passive candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical, HR, and management interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer closure, and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies, and industry networks.
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide recruitment insights, market trends, and talent availability updates to management.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Hiring Status.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / End-to-End Recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience in handling technical, engineering, corporate, and niche positions will be preferred.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, recruitment tools, MS Office, and Excel.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of current recruitment trends and talent market.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within strict deadlines.
