We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter with experience in Retail Recruitment and Bulk Hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations
• Manage bulk hiring for Store Sales, Cashier, Customer Service, Store Manager & other retail roles
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, walk-ins & other channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Work closely with Store Managers / Area Sales Managers for manpower requirements
• Manage recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closures
• Handle offer rollouts, documentation and joining follow-ups
• Track offer acceptance, backouts, joining ratios & recruitment TAT
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring trackers
• Drive walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Retail Recruitment experience is mandatory
Strong sourcing & bulk hiring experience
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements and tight deadlines

Preference: Candidates who are currently not working, immediate joiners or serving a short notice period will be preferred
