Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

• Only Non IT candidates can apply .
• Candidates with Fresher to 2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
