Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated IT Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates with a relevant degree and candidates with up to 2 years of working experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT and non-IT positions while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Utilise Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and priorities.
• Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are also welcome.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques is a plus.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and recruitment assignments effectively.
