Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent acquisition executive with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience with Keka HR software. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle and support HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Use Keka HR software for recruitment, candidate tracking, and employee record management.
• Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee self-service activities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development plans, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Support employee expense claim tracking and approval coordination.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HR software is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Working knowledge of Keka modules such as attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment.
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions.
• Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
