Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment activities, source qualified candidates, and support the hiring process across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for different job roles.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of vacancies.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.
• Prior recruitment experience will be an advantage.
