Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Responsibilities:

·       Coordinating with hiring managers to identify frontline staffing needs

·       Sourcing and interviewing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)

·       End to end recruitment of frontline positions

·       Creation of strong frontline candidate pipeline and maintaining of internal candidate database

·       Facilitate on-boarding of new hires

·       Monitor new hire engagement pulse, design and implement retention strategies

Candidate Requirements:

·       Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management

·       Preferably 1 year of experience in end to end recruitment. Specializing in frontline hiring would be advantageous

·       Experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry would be advantageous

·       Experience with using Recruitment ATS (eg. Taleo, Work Day, TalentLink, Oracle) will be advantageous

·       Strong communication skills

·       Resilient, takes initiative and ownership
