Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

✓ Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates from diverse channels like job portals, social media, and networking events.

✓ Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

✓ Conduct telephonic interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate operational interview rounds.

✓ Oversee candidate onboarding, including documentation and induction programs.

✓ Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.

✓ Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.

✓ Prepare HR reports on recruitment metrics, retention, and engagement trends.For your records

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
