About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bengaluru (Yeshwanthpur). You will support end-to-end recruitment to find, attract and hire the right people for a wide range of academic and non-academic roles across the organisation. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants hands-on recruitment experience in a growing education company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Work with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular status reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
• Represent the company professionally and give every candidate a positive experience.

Who Can Apply

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of recruitment experience. Freshers with the right skills can apply.
• Prior experience in EdTech or school hiring is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, and comfortable using recruitment tools or HRMS platforms.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings at the same time.

Education
UG: Any graduate (preferably BBA, B.Com or BA)
PG: MBA / PGDM in HR, or any postgraduate degree (preferred)
