Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to successful placement.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment, with a track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities.
