Talent Acquisition Executive - Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions across all levels, departments & locations
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner Design and drive employee referral programs
• Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position
• Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates
• Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting / talent acquisition related matters

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in HR mandatory
• Understanding of and proven experience in sourcing candidates using online & offline channels
• Good interviewing & candidate assessment skills and driving the entire recruitment process
• Competent in understanding job descriptions for new roles
• Proven experience in planning recruitment plans and executing the same
• Experience in volume and niche hiring would be an advantage
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
