Talent Acquisition Executive (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience, suitability, availability and salary expectations.
• Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for submission to the hiring team.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming vacancies.
• Support high-volume and project-based recruitment requirements.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment activities updated in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Work closely with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team to meet recruitment timelines and fulfilment targets.
• Ensure candidates receive clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in IT, technical, operational or high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals.
• Good candidate-screening and interview coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, responsive and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and tight timelines.
• Able to work remotely during Singapore business hours.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, personal computer and suitable home-working environment.
