Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer management across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment consultants.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and manage pre-joining engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation.
