In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR activities that shape a positive employee experience. From attracting the right talent to managing onboarding, engagement, and exit processes, you will play an important role in building and supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the right talent.
• Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Manage joining formalities and documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and help new employees settle into the organization.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
• Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling professionally.
• Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and complete separation processes.
