Talent Acquisition Expert

Masterise Homes is a multi-award winning member of Masterise Group (previously known as Thao Dien Investment, and well known for its product brands Masteri, Millenium, and M-One). Masterise Homes will develop the residential real estate brands of Masterise Group. Due to the launch of a number of projects & rapid expansion of the business, Masterise Homes are looking to recruit exceptional Talent Acquisition member to join our organization.

The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for performing full cycle of talent acquisition from job requisition to managing offers. He/She will work closely with business divisions to provide an efficient, effective and high-touch recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
• Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Undertake HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment events, etc. to acquire suitable talents for the organization
• Contribute ideas and take part in projects to constantly improve and streamline the recruitment process
• Collection & analysis of the hiring managers’ needs
• Identification, qualification, and interviews of candidates to select potential candidates
• Proactively engage recruitment agencies and other vendors if required to ensure outstanding services that meet the organization needs
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to key stakeholders at various stages of the recruitment process at briefing meetings, service review meetings etc

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree.
• At least 4~5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a good mix of in-house and agency experience, preferably within real estate/financial services or related industries
• Have experiences in managing complex recruiting roles and working with expat Head of Departments/Stakeholders from various backgrounds
• Experience in using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness, ability to take initiative, and comfort working independently to drive toward results
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
