Responsibilities

1. Come to work and complete the duties assigned to you.
2. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
3. Identify and monitor all vacant positions in the company.
4. Prepare and post job advertisements.
5. Recruit applicants using Facebook and other social media platforms.
6. Screen resumes and contact qualified applicants.
7. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
8. Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
9. Can work Independently.
10. Other task assigned to make the HR department run smoothly
