Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role at HUB Interior is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, and communicating with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, such as drafting recruitment content and assisting with social media or campus engagement activities. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to learn best practices in talent acquisition and help strengthen the company’s growing workforce.

Qualifications

• Ability to support full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Skills in interviewing and assessing candidates in alignment with role requirements and company values.
• Understanding of hiring processes and basic knowledge of employment practices.
• Interest in employer branding, including promoting the company’s culture and opportunities through various channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Comfort using recruitment tools, job boards, and basic HR or applicant tracking systems.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in an office-based team environment in Bengaluru.
