Talent Acquisition Intern

Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will assist in day-to-day hiring coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with recruiters.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.job-boards.
• Update ATS, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Assist with job postings, follow-ups, and candidate communication.

Required skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
