Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 20,000

What will you be doing?

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives through social media and campus outreach activities.

Who are we looking for?

• MBA (HR) students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, or HR processes is an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
