What Will You Drive?

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams.

You'll support the hiring process end-to-end while learning the ropes of talent acquisition at scale.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication

Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others

Work with recruiters and hiring managers to close positions effectively

Who Are We Looking For?

Availability: Internship duration of 3-6 months

Fresh graduates or students in their final year of study (preferably HR, Management, or related fields)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic environments

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ATS tools is a plus

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
