Talent Acquisition Intern

JobPilotNG is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns to help build a pipeline of 10,000+ skilled and verified talents across Nigeria. The goal is to ensure employers can quickly access qualified candidates whenever they need to hire.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit skilled workers across Nigeria.
• Identify talents through WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, communities, referrals, and personal networks.
• Target professionals such as chefs, welders, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, drivers, forklift operators, carpenters, furniture makers, tilers, painters, POP installers, technicians, and other skilled workers.
• Introduce talents to JobPilotNG and encourage them to register.
• Assist talents with completing their profiles and verification.
• Follow up with registered talents until they become verified.
• Maintain accurate records of all talents referred.
• Submit regular reports on talents sourced, registered, and verified.
• Contribute to the growth of JobPilotNG's talent pipeline.

Talent Tracking

Each intern will receive a unique referral link or code. Every talent you bring must register through your assigned link/code.

JobPilotNG will track each referral through:

Referred → Registered → Profile Completed → Verified → Added to Talent Pipeline

Your commission will be based on talents successfully referred and verified through your tracking link/code.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Active on social media and online communities.
• Interested in recruitment, HR, sales, or business development.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently remotely.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Smartphone and reliable internet access.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.

Compensation

• ₦20,000 monthly salary
• ₦2,000 commission for every verified talent you refer.
• No limit on commission earnings based on successful verified referrals.
