Talent Acquisition Intern

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
