Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

This is an internship role supporting recruitment and human resources activities within an organization. You will assist in managing job postings, coordinating recruitment events, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from posting through to interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in job posting on various job portals (major job boards and school job portals)
• Support in organizing and executing recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment events, etc.
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Aid in the reporting of training grant applications and relevant documentation processes
• Assist in designing and procuring materials used in campus recruitment, including door gifts, brochures, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Students who are in Polytechnics or universities, able to commit for at least 20 weeks of full-time internship
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (as some projects may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China)
• Confident in speaking with potential candidates over the phone and in person
