What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:-Source profiles from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Headhunting through social media, referrals, and networking.
Screening & Shortlisting:-Screen resumes as per job description.Conduct initial telephonic interviews to check communication and suitability.
Interview Coordination:-Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.Ensure smooth communication between candidate and interview panel.
Candidate Management:-Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.Provide timely feedback and updates.
Documentation & Onboarding:-Manage offer rollout and documentation.Coordinate with HR Ops for onboarding and joining formalities.
Reporting & Database Management:-Maintain candidate database and hiring tracker.Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male Candidates Only
- Graduate / MBA (HR) - 2024, 2025, 2026 passout
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Must be available for WFO
- Passionate to make a career in Recruitment / HRConfident, energetic & good at convincing
- 0-1 year experience
