Talent Acquisition Intern

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and Hiring Managers
• Support reference checks and background verification documentation
• Ensure proper documentation filing in SharePoint / HR systems
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities

Internship Projects (1–2 Assigned Projects)

The intern will be assigned to key projects with measurable outcomes, including:

1. Employer Branding Initiative

• Support LinkedIn content creation and job postings in job platforms
• Benchmark competitor branding strategies and propose improvements
• Assist in creating and designing employer’s branding collaterals
• Assist in standarding career page in HLMG & other OC’s website

2. Campus Engagement

• Identify potential universities for campus collaboration
• Support in collaborating with universities for career fairs & other campus outreach activities/events
• Assist to coordinate campus visit initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

3. Recruitment Marketing & Social Media

• Support recruitment in increasing visibility to public outreach through social media
• Assist in planning and organizing event calendars
• Prepare promotional materials, event content and event agenda.
• Create captions, visuals and content for recruitment activites

4. Recruitment Support & Talent Mapping (Competitor Analysis)

• Assist in active & passive profile sourcing, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Support in building talent pool
• Map talent from competitor companies for critical roles
• Build a pipeline database and provide hiring insights

5. Recruitment Data & Reporting

• Analyze metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire
• Develop a simple tracking dashboard (Excel)

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Currently pursuing a Degree related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations
