Talent Acquisition Intern

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment and onboarding functions by assisting in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and employer branding initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary interview information.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
6. Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies on recruitment platforms.
7. Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
8. Assist in pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
9. Assist in employee mobility matters, including Employment Pass (EP), visa applications, relocation support, onboarding arrangements, document preparation, and compliance with immigration requirements for expatriate employees.
10. Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities.
11. Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
