Working Days: MondaySaturday

Timings: 10:00 AM6:30 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off

Joining: Immediate Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle bulk hiring for BPO & EdTech roles

* Source and screen candidates through job portals and other platforms

* Conduct initial HR screening and calls

* Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

* Track candidates, interviews and joining status

* Maintain recruitment sheets, trackers and MIS

* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

* HR Recruitment experience will be an advantage

* BPO / EdTech hiring experience preferred

* Good Hindi & English communication skills

* Target-oriented and result-driven approach

* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

* Comfortable working from office
